11江蘇開海精工活塞股份有限公司成立于2017年，是上海開海能源科技股份有限公司（上海股權(quán)交易中心科創(chuàng)板上市企業(yè)）控股企業(yè)。公司座落于美麗的鶴鄉(xiāng)鹽城市射陽縣經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)，占地15000平方米，是一家專業(yè)設(shè)計、制造、銷售各種汽車、摩托車、新能源增程器、壓縮機及各種發(fā)電機、柴油機、舷外機、通機、農(nóng)機、綠籬機、無油機等活塞、活塞銷的公司。根據(jù)顧客的需求還可提供相應(yīng)的活塞環(huán)及定制生產(chǎn)特殊型號的活塞。
公司實施高起點高定位戰(zhàn)略。目前生產(chǎn)各類活塞500多種機型，3000多種規(guī)格，年生產(chǎn)能力可達300萬套。產(chǎn)品以主機廠（OEM）配套為主，同時也供應(yīng)國內(nèi)外售后市場。為確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性，公司引進了一系列先進的活塞專用生產(chǎn)設(shè)備及加工工藝。包括熔煉保溫一體式節(jié)能電爐、全自動機械手澆鑄加工機組、全新配置的一人多機的活塞專業(yè)U型生產(chǎn)線、全自動機械手活塞機加工生產(chǎn)線、CNC活塞軟考模加工中心、石墨印刷機等，同時配備有意大利原裝進口的GNR直讀式光譜儀、配有英國進口測頭的活塞中凸曲線量儀、萬能工具顯微鏡、金相顯微鏡、表面粗糙度儀、拉力測試機、氣動量儀等各種檢驗、測量和實驗設(shè)備200多臺（套），充分滿足了顧客的需求。主要產(chǎn)品除了為中國瑞立集團、中國星月集團、中國錢江集團、中國華閩南配集團、重慶伊格斯機械、重慶冠虎科技、常州武發(fā)動力等主機廠一級配套，同比亞迪客車、宇通客車、金龍客車等二級配套外還遠銷中南美洲、東南亞、中東、非洲等世界各地。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和工藝水平已達國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平。公司生產(chǎn)的軌道車無油風源系統(tǒng)活塞獲評鹽城市高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品，是中國瑞立集團獨家供貨企業(yè)。公司建有鹽城市（開海精工）內(nèi)燃機精工活塞研發(fā)中心，是國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)、江蘇省專精特新中小企業(yè)、國家科技型中小企業(yè)、江蘇省科技型中小企業(yè)，是南京大學(xué)射陽研究院產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作單位。是全國工商聯(lián)汽摩配商會理事單位、中國內(nèi)燃機協(xié)會會員單位。
